Outdoor Wedding Reception:

• Rental Fee: $9,000

• Up to 130 guests

• Photography permit (scheduled separate from event date)

• Access to restrooms inside the Bailey House.

• Access to private suites (2) (available for wedding party only).

• Total of 6 hours on property; 5 hours with guests on site, 1 hour prior for getting ready and/or first look photography.

• Private parking area for maximum of 40 guests, valet services required for 40+ guests at an additional fee.

• Catering, tent and valet quoted separately with approved vendors.

• All other vendors (floral, photography, musicians are choice of the renter yet must provide COI with Bailey as additional insured).

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony:

• $2,500 (May-September, Saturday ceremonies are $3,500)
• Up to 100 guests
• Set up for up to 50 chairs (Additional chair rental available)
• Access to restrooms inside the Bailey House.
• Access to private suites (2) during site use at an additional charge of $350
• Total of 1.5 hours on property, including any floral set up and photography;
• A 30-minute rehearsal may be scheduled prior to your event date.
• Private parking area for maximum of 40 guests, valet services required for 40+ guests at an additional fee.
• Alcohol is not permitted to be served or consumed on the Bailey Arboretum property before, during or after wedding ceremonies without a licensed and insured caterer.
• Please note, if also booking a reception, a ceremony can be added on to the reception site fee for $1,000.

Site Only Ceremony:

• $500
• Up to 20 guests; (chairs and Bailey House access not provided).
• 30 min maximum

Indoor Bailey House Party Rental:

• $5,000
• Up to 75 guests
• Total of 4 hours, including set up.
• Private parking area for maximum of 40 guests, valet services required for 40+ guests at an additional fee.
• Dancing and DJ/live music strictly forbidden due to structural conditions of the 200-year-old Bailey House.

Indoor Bailey House Meeting or Lecture Rental:

• $2,000
• Up to 40 guests
• Total of 2 hours

+ Is Bailey Arboretum open to the public during my event?

Bailey Arboretum is not a private location and is open to the public between 9am and 5pm, Wednesday - Sunday, although ceremony and event locations are somewhat geographically secluded. Inside Bailey House is always off-limits to the public. No other event will be hosted on your date.

+ What kind of decorations are permitted?

Limited floral decoration is permitted at the ceremony site. Reception décor is permitted at ceremony site and contained within the reception tent. The release of fake flower petals, birdseed, rice or balloons is not permitted. All decorations must be removed by the renter. Failure to comply with removal decorations may result in funds withheld from the security deposit. Bailey Arboretum does not aid in the decorating of the ceremony location.

+ Is alcohol or smoking permitted?

Alcohol is not permitted to be served or consumed on the Bailey Arboretum property before, during or after wedding ceremonies. Cigarette smoking is only permitted on the gravel circular driveway on the front side of the Bailey House, and cigarette butts must be safely disposed of in the smoking receptacle nearby.

+ What happens in case of rain?

For ceremonies up to 50 guests, an indoor ceremony set-up is available. Larger guest counts are recommended to have a tent contingency plan.
